Description：

Veeva Systems is seeking to hire a Product Manager to join a rapidly growing China team that is focused on building innovative solutions that are tailored to the Chinese Life Sciences CRM industry. With the rapid expansion of Pharma‘s footprint in the China market， the Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering on product vision with the goal of growing an organization in a rapidly evolving and changing dynamic.

As a product manager for the Veeva CRM product， you will be joining a small team of A players and will be directly responsible for designing features that will provide rich user experience while maintaining a streamlined user interaction model.

In addition to designing features， you will play a key role as the product expert within the China-based organization both from driving customer initiatives through our engineering organization as well as acting as a primary point of contact for our sales， services and marketing organizations.

The ideal candidate blends traditional inbound product management skills， in depth understanding of life sciences CRM processes and a passion for solving complex design problems with elegant， inventive solutions.

Responsibilities：

* Driving strategic direction of the Veeva CRM solution in China

* Designing innovative Product Features based upon Industry and Regional Requirements

* Authoring high quality design specifications within an agile methodology

* Interacting with Development Engineers to drive Product Feature implementation

* Demonstrating our product to Internal and External Attendees

* Providing Support to all Areas of the Organization including： Sales， QA， Development， Services

Knowledge and Skills：

* Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment， with little direct supervision

* Strong communication skills： written， verbal and formal presentation

* Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English

Experience：

* In depth experience with and understanding of life sciences CRM processes

* 3+ years hands-on software product management experience

* Technical skills to translate business requirements into terms that developers can understand

* Experience working on SaaS enterprise applications preferred

* Candidates local to Beijing or Shanghai， China or willing to relocate

Education：

* BS in science， engineering， or equivalent degree

* MBA preferred
