POSITION: Business Development Rep (Telemarketing)

Location: Shanghai, China

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for driving Infor Direct pipeline generation specific to targeted sub vertical within certain region

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Qualify prospects and produce quality leads for Infor Sales Reps (cold calling, handraises follow up, Marketing campaigns, outsourcing data)
• Analyze customer needs in terms of business obstacles, identifying projects, scoping potential Infor solutions, and establish ac_countpresence by building trust with key contacts
• Present and articulate core solution features, benefits, future product direction and overall Infor solutions
• Marketing leads nurturing and following-up until it becomes a qualified sales leads

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree above
• Understands most advanced product solutions and features and demonstrates a strong solution selling expertise with reasonable understanding of the sales cycle
• Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and written (inc. email) with high level decision makers
• Ability to understand customer’s industry and core business practices
• Ability to qualify sales leads – advanced questioning techniques
• Minimum 2 years telemarketing or related experience
• Must be fluent in Mandarin
• Have related IT experience preferably with enterprise software
• Ability to communicate in English would be an advantage
• Proven track record of similar tele-marketing role
