She has experience in business development, partner and channel management, and taking initiatives to establish new business opportunities. she has participated in partner program design, deployment and management within IBM to build a more complete ecosystem amongst IBM, partners, customers and communities to put solution sales and partner relationship building in a bigger context and in action. She is also strong in making the first-of-kind solution sales and new technology incubation among the IT partners.
