Location（s）： Shangha， China

Veeva China is looking for a high-energy， driven Technical Consultant. This is a very key and senior position in the organization to manage the system rollout projects or PoC projects， together with project manager and ac_countmanager. You‘ll experience the excitement of working at and growing with a dynamic， fast expanding company where you can make a difference.

Responsibilities

· Working with project manager and sales manager for delivery and rollout of Veeva’s solution

· Before system implementation， communicate with customer to understand the customer‘s business need， challenges， and technical requirements

· During the system implementation or PoC project， be responsible for system/solution building by configuration/customization

· May involved in training and technical support to Veeva’s customers， or even to provide off-shore support at the initial stage of system rollout

· As one key role of Veeva China organization， the consultant would need to connect different resources from sales， technical， product and external customers， to organize， manage and improve the project

· Share the customer business understanding， solution requirement understanding within the team

Skills

Required Skills/Experiences

· Graduate from top level university with BS/MS in engineering/science （Computer Science preferred） from top universities

· Knowledge on database （Oracle）， Java， Eclipse， and other object oriented programming environment

· Knowledge onSaaSand/orCRM/ERPsystem is highly desirable

· Understanding of modern IT production data center and application hosting operations

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple players

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
