Sales Consultant

Location: Shanghai, China

Veeva China is looking for a high-energy, driven Sales Consultant. This is a very key and senior position in the organization to manage the system rollout projects or PoC projects, together with sales ac_countmanager and sales engineering manager. You‘ll experience the excitement of working at and growing with a dynamic, fast expanding company where you can make a difference.

Responsibilities

o Working with sales ac_countmanager and sales engineering manager for delivery and rollout of Veeva’s solution

o As the project manager, to manage the system implementation or PoC project

o During the system implementation or PoC project, manage the customer‘s business need, challenges, and technical requirements together with ac_countmanager and sales engineering manager

o May involved in training and technical support to Veeva’s customers, or even to provide off-shore support at the initial stage of system rollout

o As one key and senior role of Veeva China organization, consultant manager would need to connect different resources from sales, technical, product and external customers, to organize, manage and improve the project

o Share the customer business understanding, solution requirement understanding within the team

Skills

Required Skills/Experiences

o At least 5 years of proven experiences in customer-facing positions in a professional services firm, or services arm of a software solutions company servicing major Enterprise customers

o At least 5 years of relevant IT experiences

o Knowledge of life sciences industry in China is highly desirable

o Experiences inSaaSand/orCRMis highly desirable

o Knowledge in Salesforce.com platform is desirable

o Understanding of modern IT production data center and application hosting operations

o Excellent project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple players

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English

o BS/MS in engineering/science (Computer Science preferred) from top universities
