Job Title:Business Solutions (Presale) Consultant, Supply Chain
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify __and consolidate opportunities that rely on solution development and/or solution packaging.
- Performs thorough needs analysis __and creates application requirement statements. Works closely with sales / partners in the planning of technical sales strategy for sales territory.
- Develop __and deliver high quality presentations, proposals __and demonstrations to meet customer needs.
- Answers prospects' highly complex product __and management questions.
- Read the customer political environment recognizing to help sale representatives / partners accomplish sales goals.
- Keep long term customer relationship __and build trust with key contacts.
- Conducts partner training classes, expanding partner’s product understanding.
- Become the recognized expert in areas of focus. Keep abreast of all new products, market trends, future directions __and the competition for areas of focus.
- Support a team environment that encourages both individual __and team accomplishments. Actively exchange product knowledge __and industrial expertise to others.
- Submit administrative work such as expense reports, scheduling systems, reports required by management.
- Focused solution area: Warehouse management, transportation management, supply chain planning, supplier management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or computer science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of consulting or service experience with a consulting or software company. 3+ years business experience in relevant industry.
- Confidence __and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including high level executives.
- Excellent writing, communications, presentation __and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Fluent in both English __and Chinese (read, write, speak)
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Must be proactive and; exhibit innovative __and flexible thinking.
